front fuel pump
wont start, switch to rear tank ...starts..
dropped tank, removed pump, connected to battery..pumps fine. Auto zone sold me a 6 line fuel selector..which I couldn't locate on my fuel lines any where... returned to AZ..
reassembled and was able to start with front tank. drove on hi-way 10 miles...died..switch to rear tank.. drove home..
tested voltage at front pump less than 6 volts.. it is supposed to be 12volts?
Any ideas???
the rear tank pump sometimes doesn't seem to do well on hi-way
other info
gas gauge reads fuel levels on each tank
I will check voltage at switch and will post
