Hi y'all, got a question
I got an 88 f250 with a 5.8w. I can feel the truck loose power in the mid-range. If i floor it it picks back up and has plenty of get up and go. No codes, recent quality tuneup. the motor was rebuilt bout 10k ago. still has great compression 175 psi at each cly. with only a 3psi variance. all new vacuum lines. egr eliminator. emissions pulled. Truck never misses, backfires or sputters. fuel pressure is good. new o2 sensor, coolant temp sensor, cat removed. had the problem since i bought the truck. motor was rebuilt by previous owner when i bought the truck it wasn't running because of a bad computer.
