Electrical gremlins

No idea what the heck is going on. But whenit rains like a **** things in the truck go wonky.
one day the ventilation fan is running when I come out to go somewhere. ALL by it's self!!!!!

Then some times the damn thing won't start. turn the key and nothing but a relay going spastic. (bottom one inside the cab).

Last night it was pouring again and again nothing. Turned the truck to ACC just for kicks and the winshield wipers wiped without the switch enabled. The windows would not work. all lights on dash are dim.
Key switch back to off and turned on thehead lights and they burn bright

get back in the truck turn the key with headlights on and it cranked right up.

Typical symptoms of the windsheild leaking on the drivers side and getting the GEM wet. Has it been replaced recently? The GEM is mounted to the back of the fusebox. I am willing to bet that if you take a look at it you will see evidence of water on it.

Got a chance to look at the truck today and the GEM is bone dry. How does it come out? the connector on the engine side of the forewall looks like a real trick to get loose.
Is there anything I can do like clean the connectors?

Still intermittantly not turning over then all of a sudden will fire right up.
