glow plugs 1990 F250 diesel
We need to change the plugs on our truck, my husband is legally blind and I need to do this for him, how do I do this? I need to get to my cabin tomorrow to clean it up from the Elkhorn river flood in Nebraska. The road is passable with a 4 wheel drive and very iffy with my Honda CRV, so I want to take the truck.

Welcome to FTE. You'd be better off asking this down in the diesel specific forum for your truck. CLICK HERE and it will take you down to that section. Or you can scroll further down the main forum listing and find it yourself.
From what I can remember, it should be pretty easy on that truck. Seems like the glow plugs were just on the side of the block so you just unplug the glow plug wire, unscrew the glow plug, install the new one and plug it back in. Just like changing a spark plug.
Start another thread down in the diesel section. If you're unsure of things, ask for someone to post pictures so you can understand what you're looking at.
