Welcome to FTE
What A/T it has, depends on the engine size.
240/300 I-6 = C4 / 360/390 = C6.
The C4 has a squarish pan, has 11 bolt holes.
The C6 pan has a huge notch, looks like the state of UT, has 17 bolt holes.
F250's were not offered with 302 engines until 1980. 302/C4 used in 1969/77 F100's & 1975/77 150's, and in some 1978/79 F100/150's.
