Unplugging 02 sensors?

Unplugging 02 sensors?
After some hunting around under my 95 Ranger (4.0L V6) I found the two 02 sensors I want to replace. What I can't figure out is how on earth to reach around and unplug the sensors from the rest of the electrical wires. The one on the driver's side of the truck is tucked way up behind some other parts, and the one on the passenger side is even farther up inside the innards of the truck.
Does anyone know any tricks to getting them unhooked? I don't have a lift to put my truck on so the only access I have is crawling around underneath
