Hesitation
I am having a problem with hesitation.It happens when I am at idle and tap the gas,idling up no hesitation but when it comes down it cgugs and you can see the tach needle drop and then come back to the idle position,and it happens in rvers when I tap the pedal to to start backing up.I have no diagnostic equipment and average mechanical ability.I am supposed to be leaving for syracuse,ny area today and dont know if its wise to make the trip with it doing this.Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated. This sounds like it could be the Cam Position Sensor if you have not changed it in a while.They will cause these symptoms.Does it ever die on its own or just has the hesitation?
