Need HELP....no start
I have all electrical functions, but it won't even bump the starter. I can almost rule out batteries b/c it was like a light switch, and both bateries are new optima's . I e checked all ignition related fuses?
Any ideas?

I had the same happen to me one time right after I had driven the truck.Got my wife to hold the key to the start position and I whacked the starter with a hammer.When the sparks flew out I knew it was time to pull it.Had it checked at a starter shop and it was burned up.They rebuilt it for me and has been good ever sense.

Do you have an auto tranny? Make sure the shifter is all the way up in P. Mine is a little loose and will get close enough to R that it won't let me start the truck but I have full functionality/power.
