Starter going bad?
Under normal starting conditions the starter has an even sound to it, however ever since I installed my tuner subsequent starts result in an acceleration in the starting noise.
The initial start in the morning is fine, but if I go somewhere and shut it off, and start it again the accelrated starter noise happens, then the next morning the starter noise is normal again for the first start.
The tuner install could be consequential. I installed my coolant filter then a week later I developed a coolant leak completing unrelated to the filter install.
Any ideas? Electrical? Fuel related?
