We went through Revelstoke and Golden. I guess that's Rogers Pass. TransCanada I guess.

There was a lot of delays due to construction on the way to Canmore. We started back home on Sunday and construction was minimal.

Gotta luv those nice long hills out past Revelstoke. Then again those out past Golden thru the canyon are pretty decent. We went thru there last year on our way to the Calgary zoo.
Did you get a chance to go to the stampede, or was it over already?

It was already over and we didn't go that far. We just went as far as Canmore. I thought the hill with all the tunnels was going to be a real bear. It was pretty easy.

Probably one of the worst would be going up onto Rogers pass summit. Just before you hit the pull outs, nice sharp corner so you need to slow down and then a nice hill to climb.
The one coming back up on the way home, not so bad, as you can keep her throttled.
You guys would have gone thru sicamous then, and should have stopped in at the Dutchman dairy there. BEST icecream hands down. We bought some on the way thru and then stopped at the sumit on Rogers pass for a nice healthy icecream snack/breakfast with the kids. The look on peoples faces was priceless.

I could have used some icecream around Sicamous. Both ways, it was pretty warm.

The temp is nice but that humidity doesn't sound all that nice.
