77 is listed as a KOER test,
System failed to recognize brief WOT during Dynamic Response Test (user error).
As stated in the code description its caused by user error, you didn't press the throttle to the floor and release as/when directed to do so.
Was there a particular reason you ran the Key on, engine run test?
Is the check engine light on?
