pretty simple swap.
your rear axle is 4" wider (if you have a pickup/not a C&C)
both your hubs w/rotors and rear axle is worth some $.be sure you dont just give them way.
also,so you know when searching the salvage yard (if your not looking for new) that D50 hubs will also work,as they are the same.
that f350 dually bed is also worth a nice penny!
you'll come ahead on the swap by far.dually conversions are not cheap.also know your dually rims are worth some $.
you have a couple grand of used dually goods to sell!
1.d60 dually hubs = $100
2.6 dually rims = $50-100 each call it roughly $400
3.dually rear pickup axle = $350-900 call it roughly $500
4.dually pickup bed = $1500
total $2500
SRW conversion:
1.srw D60/D50 hubs w/rotors (salvage yard score) $100
2.4 srw wheels= $100
3. srw axle (salvage yard score) $200
4. standard bed .....i dunno,depends greatly on cond.location,etc.
total of about lets say;$600
but then you need new U-joints to bolt srw axle in,and have new bed painted etc.
so should come out around a grand ahead.
you may possibly have 2 good tires to sell,or just hang onto and use latter too.either you win there too.
Talyn seems interested.both of you remove everything and swap.Talyn pays for all the shipping/or drives to you, and you both win.

however you may look at each rig,and decide its just easier to swap rigs lol.

The only time there is an axle difference between width, is for the rear axle.
