Power window - head sratcher
Here's one for ya...I have a 2001 Expy Sport. The power windows quit when the car is running (a few minutes or so) but turn off the key then turn it back on and they start working again. What do you think, a relay?

I think you probably have a broken wire or connection in the junction between the door and the cabin. This is a pretty common problem. The vibration from the running engine may be enough to cause the broken wire/connection to become unreliable.
