If I remember correctly the S code is a 390 GT ...I wouldnt pay much more then 100 to 150 for that intake as it is used ...I am not sure how much a new edelbrock is so I would compare the 2 prices ...from a collectors or someone who wants all OEM parts its worth more ...so you would also have to take that into consideration too ...after my F100 is done I plan on doing a '69 mustang with a GT 390 though I may have a line out on a 428 in a fullsize ford so we will see ....When I do this mustang I want it to be stock so that manifold for me could be worth more then 150 bucks . I depends on what you want to spend ..and how much the reserve is set at...

It sounds alittle high to me. Last week I was following another "S" code intake on E-bay that went for 36.00 bucks. I have been told that these manifolds regularly sell at swap meets for 25 bucks.
The problem with buying these manifolds is the shipping cost. They weigh 80lbs. You will pay out the nose for it come shipping time.
I just went with an Edel. RPM manifold. The Performer flows virtually identical to the "S" code yet weighs only ~30lbs as it is Alum. The Performer RPM is a 1500-6500rpm high rise intake that out flows the "S" code. To give you a cost comparison my RPM had a delivered price of $283 "brand spanking new". The Performer can be had for alittle less.
Yea, just curious tho as when I first started to bid it was at 5 bucks. And shipping is like 35. so for 40 bucks I couldnt complain
I can prob get a 4 barrel in June at a huge swap meet
But thats june
Im not gonna buy it now. Its already gotten WAY to expensive for me. lol
Thanks tho.
I know about dented stuff. I sold a mint condition 73 Monte Carlo grille on ebay and it got ruined in shipping after i PAID to have them package it
