Post Can I use an auto drive shaft?

Ok Found a donor 4x4 truck with a C5 code rear end and drive shaft compltete to transfercase. Can I use This Drive shaft in a truck with a m.t. 4x4? I don't know if there different or not since the M.T. truck is missing the drive shaft.

The trucks are both standard cab long box. I just wanted to know if there is difference in length and transfer case between the auto and Manual Trans trucks.
