Search the message boards - I know this was discussed in detail a while back. You may want to use "fuel rail" as a keyword, because I think you need to move it to change plugs.

Gather an array of extensions, wobbles, flex shafts, universal joints, and ratchet drives of various drive sizes. also you may want a mechanics mirror, and a set mechanical fingers (grabber)
Step 3
Take a deep breath and gather your patience, there is no quick way to do this (unless you have the smallest double jointed hands in the neighborhood)
Step 4
Get out your service manual, Mark all lines and wires that you remove, you may be able to get away with not removing the fuel rail, but I had to.
If upgrading the injectors is on your agenda, do it now.
If you have an easy time performing this change, you are twisted,(or very skilled) I became frustrated and cursed alot, but I finished in about 5 hours (my back hurts just thinking about it).
My advice to you, farm this one out to a professional tech. (a reputable and patient one)
