Which EGR delete

I have a 2006 F-450 with 47,000 miles on it the truck is a USA import I have had it for 6 months so far runs great. I pulled the EGR valve yesterday and it had some mild goo on it wasn't too bad I have a feeling the cooler is weeping.

My 2003 6.0 I have the EGR valve comes out dry everytime I inspect it.

Not sure if I have any warranty left on the 06 but it maybe time to get rid of the POS EGR system there is no emmissions testing where I live.

I looked at the Sinister unit online it would be around 300 dollars or more Canadian. The other options are over 600 for the modified intake.

I don't know which is the best one.

Pulling wrenches isn't a problem for me but it does make me a little nervous tearing the top apart of the engine.

I used a Liberator kit. 40K miles later not one issue. Very happy with it.

Check out the River City Diesel kit. It's been on sale for 200 if they have any left at that price. It's a very simple, high quality, well done kit and hard to beat the price. Also comes with the up-pipe. You do have to remove the turbo and loosen the intake, but it doesn't have to be removed, although you may want to send it out and have it hot tanked.
