New and looking for advice!
So I decided to spend the money and be different. I want to build up my inline six. I currently have a 85 Bronco XLT and the engine is all stock. I currently don't have to deal with inspections so I wacked off the plugged cats and running a glass pack. I picked up a clifford intake on ebay and some headers but have no carb. The holley 390 seems to be a popular choice and so does the edelbrock 500. Any suggestions? This is going to be my play truck!!

I am not sure what the headers are. Is there a specific way of telling headers apart? I was going to get an offy intake but got a good deal on the CP intake. Maybe I will have to get new ones? I will see when my intake arrives. One more question does the 465 cfm holley have a choke on it? I have heard about using this carb too?

welcome to FTE and hope ya enjoy it, ya came to the right place for help/info. i heard the clifford header leaks around the gasket...dunno how true it is but heddmen makes a header and the stock EFI manifold(s) flow like a header if u wanna do a little work to match the clifford intake...
