Dash Board

Are there any threads that explane how to remove various parts of the dash? Would like to add a toggle switch on our 2002 F-150 in the dash panel that sits between the instrument cluster and steering column.

I added a light switch on our 2002 F150.

I believe the panel I mounted the switch to pops off, I may have used a wide putty knife to remove this panel.

In your photo the panel I mentioned is next to the one you used...

I chose that location for the ease of wiring and no obstructions behind the switch.

Also, the switch is easy to access/use since it is not behind the steering wheel.

I did not want to reach around the steering wheel while driving.

Never mind, was able to get it off without breaking anything!
Thanks khadma for the clue to pulling the other panel! Once I found it was only a matter of gently prying up and then pulling off the various pieces, it was a "snap". Switch is now mounted...
