SYNC Version Checker install

SYNC Version Checker install
I'm trying to install the SYNC Version checker and have the files on a thumb drive, but when I go through the menu and select USB as the source it says no media files found. Am I missing something stupid?

I'm an idiot. The directions didn't say anything about the prompts on the screen. I should have not looked at the screen and just followed the directions.
