This black plastic clamp and white plastic washer are hanging loosely on one of my AC lines. The white washer slides freely up and down the AC line, and the black plastic piece spins around the line and could be popped off without much effort.
Do these parts need to be replaced? What are they supposed to look like?
the white ring is used to hold the retainer spring in place durring transport of the line prior to it being put on the truck. the black thing is just a safty retainer.
