Finally decided to lower the rear of the truck a little. Just took the rear shackles out, cut and lengthened them, and put them back in. Got by using scrap stuff laying around the garage. Ended up almost 2 inches lower.

It took some staring to see that it was lower.....not much....just enough to set it apart and clean up the space around the wheel wells. Just a detail thing that only a small percentage of the population notices. I am personally a lifted 4x guy, but I appreciate the effort and the result. The "after" looks better.
The whole reason for the **** Up/Stink Bug stance is for loads...if you load a camper or are hauling something it levels out...with the even stance that has been done to it...when it gets loaded it will squat now instead of just evening out...but that's cool if you don't do much hauling..i like the even look as well..I just know the reason for the original stance. BTW..VERY nice truck!!

definitely not a load hauling truck, just driver, maybe a boat-tower. the rims are american racing 17X8 in an 8 lug with 275/60 cooper cobras, fill the wheel wells perfectly. and they're only there because 16.5 tires are impossible to find. thanks to all for the compliments
