So I was trying to figure out if my truck has the latest flash .I don't have the money for
a tuner and my trans is already built so I just want to know if there are any better strategies or is mine good currently it is xc3f12a650 red date 8-11-03.

It's for my 99 5.4 that I have not having any problems I just wondered if there was a better flash for better mpg . I know the best bet would be 5 star ,I already have exhaust ,coils and a built tranny with factory tech and red eagle clutches .
