1999 hub/clutch assembly install

I just picked up the hub/clutch assembly and it came with a pulley, hub, coil and a small bag of parts. In the bag is a bolt, C-clip and a bunch of washers.
What are the washers for and what is the torque for the bolt that holds it all together?

Do I just remove the bolt and a C-clip and it all just slides off?

1999 F150 5.4 engine.

Anybody know the gap for a 99 F150? I see .015-.030 is a general number.

That is the factory spec. Set it tight, it will last longer before it wears too loose.

Found that a 97 has an air gap of 0.018 - 0.033 inch. Since the shims that came with the assembly only allowed me 0.010, 0.025 or greater I went with the 0.025. Every thing worked fine this morning on the way into work and nothing flew off so I guess it's fixed.

Down the line if I need to I can remove one of the two (0.015 or 0.020) shims.
