What is the small green o-ring for? I just put this kit in but could not find where the small green o-ring went as none came out when I replaced everything.

wish I could help but that part is for a vt365 so its a little different. I dont deal in navastar stuff to often.

Took it back and asked for the part for a VT275, they said it was a $50+ part and there was one in Chicago.

Buy from your dealer or PartsGuy on this site.

Does the blue spring kit, 3C3Z-9T517-AG, kick up the press. and to what degree? I am having some work done on my truck and while they are in there figured that I could have them install it if it is worth while.

You need navistar number 1854267c94. It has to be "94". The spring in this kit is blue just like the kit from ford only it costs ~$25. I installed it and my fuel pressure is now ~68-70PSI

My fuel pressure went up to 67 at idle when I installed Fords blue spring. However, it has since "settled in" right around 63 at idle and runs about 60-62 or so down the highway.

I bought my blue spring kit from Ed THE parts guy last week. The package came with a schematic diagram for all the pieces and orings but no torqe specs on the screws. The paperwork in the parts kit just references some ford procedure for work instructions. What should these be tighted to?
