Okay so I just bought a 04 6.0 F250 two weeks ago. Drove it 250 miles home toeing a 99 suburban. Parked it in my driveway for a week I was out of town. When I started it up I had all kinds of coolant coming out the exhaust. had to take it to the shop to have the egr valve the egr cooler the oil cooler and the #5 injector replaced. As you can figure I'm not happy about my new truck but o well. My question is now that the egr is new would you just keep it or put in an egr delete? any other advise would be grate im new to ford and to diesel power. O I also bought a 02 excursion limited V10 at the same time but it works grate anything i need to watch for on it?

With the new coolers I would install a coolant filter to protect them. Usually the coolant passages of the oil cooler start plugging and that overheats and takes out the egr cooler since they are in series.
