You will have to remove the radiator core support from the truck, might take an hour start to finish. The pipe you show still has a crimp to fit between the radiator and core support. I would recommend if you are going to spend the money and time, to go ahead a do a little grinding (it is easy) and get this pipe:

This pipe is stainless and has no crimps or tight bends. I put it on mine and it makes a noticeable difference, especially if you run a dpf/doc delete like the Spartan.
