fuel pressure

i my week off i'm doing some mods as you may have seen in the other post.well just put on fuel pressure gauge and its jumping from around 40 to 65 is this right or should it stay steady?guess i'll get a bb ready to install next waiting on it to cool down to do exhaust.

quit running around with your foot on the floor, and the exhaust will cool down.

Normal for the pulsating with mechanical fuel pumps. Some guys use electric senders and say it dampens the pulsating.

that's normal and if you hitting 65psi you don't need to do the BB check the fuel pressure with a stick style tire gauge and it will give you a good max reading
