Green/Red Wire Power all the time?

I installed A 3G alternator a few yrs back and everything worked great until now, i noticed something was drawing my batteries down it turns out the green red wire is not turning off with the key. Would anyone know why or where i could look? or is there somewhere on the harness that i could find a keyed wire Thanks

Make sure when you pull the wire off, that it doesn't have power. Sometimes the alternator can fail internally, and cause a problem like this. The green/red should come from the keyswitch, and should not have power all the time. If you unplug it and it still has power, the next thing I would do is unplug the keyswitch wiring and see if the power drops out.
