question on brakes

Just wanted to get some expert opinions. My brake pedal is not returning back up and seems a bit mushy. Replaced calipers and bled the brakes but didn't really help. Brake booster bad? Not much left.

Did you bleed the rear brakes also? Have you adjusted the rear brakes? Push the e-brake on and see if the pedal height improves.

You most likely need a master cylinder, it has a return spring that should push your pedal back up no matter what is going on with the rest of the brakes. So most likely it is either gummed up or that spring broke.

thanks, replaced the master cylinder and all is good. TOok it for its first time on the road in 2 years and it made it to the local gas station and back lol
