If it has all of the hi-po pieces still with it, ie; distributor, balancer, carb, exhaust manifolds, heads; and the block is still in good shape you are probably looking at
$800-1000 to the right person. That is a very ball park guess based on the info you
have supplied. If the engine is missing some of the speial items I mentioned then the
price would be much lower.
