Cab Lights question

hey everyone,

Im new here, so if this is the wrong section can a moderator please move it.

I have an 88 f250. i am interested in adding cab lights to the truck. I was wondering how hard this is. any info would be appreciated

Also if anyone had any suggestions of companies to go with. I am looking for the best "bang for the buck".

Thanks

Just lay out the pattern on the roof and cut the holes for the mounting screws and the wires. Fish the wires from hole to hole, pulling them up through. Take the trim off the driver's side pillar and fish a wire from there up through also. Tie all the wires together and to the lights and mount the lights. Run the wire down through the driver's side pillar, and down to the kick panel. People say there is a plug down there already for them, but when I wired mine I couldn't find it, but I did find the brown wire. If you find the plug, it will be a dark brown wire. Just tie into this and you are done.
