Office closure announcement!
Our office will be closing at NOON EST on Wednesday June 23rd and we will not reopen until June 29th. If you are planning on sending us chips for re-burning next week, please suspend shipping any product back to us after Friday June 16th thru the week of June 21-June 28th to ensure it does not sit out in the elements while we are gone.
During this time we will not be available to answer the main office number. To place orders or for tech questions please call James at 423-709-8640. I will be answering as many emails as I can, but Jody will respond to you when we return.
