not using friction modifier....

well ill be doing my rear diff fluid soon. i got a question about the friction modifier.do i really need it? i know my tires will be chirping, but i have enough problems with one wheel peels. id like to be able to pull out of a gas station fast and not have to worry about one tire spinning and the other being lazy. i need traction to both wheels.

and yes, im 150% sure i have a limited slip. its just a little tired.

well heres some extra thoughts. im a teenager. i do stupid stuff when no ones around. i want both wheels to spin when i light them up or when i punch it around a corner.

not only for those reasons, but today when leaving a gas station i almost got *** raped by a car. why? because instead of sending power to both wheels, it decided to light up the inside one and not let me launch out into the opening in the heavy traffic. so id like it to act as a limited slip on road too. not just gravel and dirt.

There is a lot more to it my young friend.
Why would you think a fluid change would make up for worn clutch discs?
Do it right and replace the discs plus an extra spacers to really tighten up the paks.
Then you can run new fluid with no modifier and enjoy the result.
Btw, you need to know that the application of power to the rear normally lifts weight off the right rear allowing it's traction to be reduced while the other side is loaded with more weight, causing the one wheel to spin..
That is one reason for traction bar equipment on drag cars.
Ever see a drag car lose one wheel under power? They turn right or left right into the wall part way down the strip depending on which side let go and get into serious trouble. It often happens so fast he can't react to it in enough time.

im changing the fluid because the cover gasket is bad and leaking.

where do i get new clutch discs, and is there a guide somewhere?

and i was looking into traction bars, but i dont know how bad they effect articulation. i dont do any serious wheeling, but i defiantly use the limit of my ride height.
