Thats what I thought, well at least I think I rember someone sayin that my model and year would have the 2.5"...
But them I went out and measured them today, they measure 3"... I couldent find anything that looked like it had been changed around...
Anybody else??? Is this right 3" leaf springs on a 74 F-100???
I thought 3/4 and 1 ton's had 3" and 1/2 ton had the 2.5, though I think someone told me maybe supercab and crew cab 4wd's might have had the 3" rear. My 77 150 supercab 2wd is 2.5 rear.
I went out and double checked, there dosent look to be any modifications done to the rear end...
Is there any difference in length between leaf springs on a half ton versus the ones on a 3/4 ton?? Or were all the rear leafs the same length from model to model???
