O2 Sensor and other torque specs?

Can someone tell me the torque setting for the O2 sensors, the flange bolts on the cat, and the header bolts? Reference the vehicle in my signature. I've Googled and searched this forum with no luck.
Thanks,
Stew

Don't know if you still need this info but here goes.

02 sensors, take out while hot, and put in tight. No recommended torque. That is why you probably couldn't take out your old ones, because you tried while cold.

bolts on the cat, again no info, just good and tight.

The headers are 18 ft lbs. there is also an order to tightening them down. starting from the y pipe side on the top as 1, then down as 2, to top and over one as 3, and so on. same on both sides. (after reading the thorley install instructions, they state to tighten to 23 ft lbs, starting from the center and working out)

Thanks! I followed the Thorley directions for the header bolts. For the O2 sensor I didn't even think of heat but that likely explains why it would budge. Anyway, my O2 sensors are new now. As for the cat flange they are good and tight!
