Two Carb ?'s in one
It idles great and goes from idle to part throttle great. When at idle if I floor it it will almost die then catch up and go fine. It does not pop out of exhaust or carb. To rich?? I havent checked float height. It does blow black when reved up and the plugs are black. I figure maybe check float height and maybe decrease stroke on pump?
Second question. My 79 Bronco with a 600cfm manual choke Holley on 400 at idle to wide open throttle it will pop out of carb. To lean? Stock timing chain/gears causing variance in timing?
Thanks in advance.
The second is a lean condition. it can be the accelerator pump or starving somewhere in the fuel system.
