Thumbs up Help with electrical problem F-350!

I have a 99 F350 7.3 Powerstroke Automatic. Yesterday my throttle quit working---it is an electronic throttle, not cable or mechanical. Also the gauges are all bottomed at "0" and do not work. When I turn the key "on" only the battery and airbag lights come on, not the oil, fuel, seat belt, glow plug, etc. like normal.
All power accessories still work; seats, windows, mirrors, radio, A/C, blower, headlights, turn signals. Engine will start as normal and run, but without throttle it only idles and all gauges remain dead on "0".
I checked all fuses and as many ground wires as I could find. I checked for loose connectors. Can't find anything wrong.
Anyone else ever have this problem, and how did you fix it?
Thanks.

Remove both batteries, charge and load test.

Then clean check all wire contacts.

Next, check alternator for output.

While you are doing that, reset all computers.
