So now all you really know is the casting date. Could be a 352--still being made in '67--or a 390 or a 428, also being made in '67. All those engines would have had "352" cast in the front of the block.
Probably a 352. Can you measure the stroke via a wire down a plug hole?

360's have the same stroke as a 352: 3.50" / 390: 3.78" / 410/428: 3.98"
From the time the block is cast, has seasoned...then assembled...and then shipped to an assembly plant where it is "banked" until installed in a vehicle...could be as long as 6 months.
This is the reason it could be a 360.
