power window
Dutch
theres a small switch box on the backside of your buttons. the wires were loose in mine so i jammed a washer down in the window one to make a more solid connection. seems to work pretty well.
if it doesnt work from either door, i would say that your operating motor was bad. go pull one from a junk yard in that case.
I bought my 96 w/ a stuck window.
It's most likely the window motor.
I paid about 90 bux per motor from a local parts store.
You'll need to remove the outter door panel...which is only screws and plasctic retainer clips.
Next you'll need a good metal drill bit.....you need to drill 3 holes to get to the bolts that hold the old motor on.
take the two lower bolts out...becareful not to drop them into the door( I did )
cut the the wires on the old motor.
I found it easiest to remove the speaker...put my right arm down that hole to hold the motor...and use my left to remove the last bolt.
put the new motor in...with just the top bolt.....splice the wires...put the other 2 bolts back...not too tight and test it
from there it's just putting everything back
