Tranny cooler install

Want to add a tranny cooler to Old Rusty in addition to the factory setup ( just the bottom of the radiator ). Does it matter which line goes on which end of which? How do I tell the difference? Any particular tricks / things to avoid? Recommended brands? Plan on pulling a trailer with approx. 4,000 lb. car for roughly 4½ hours. Some hills involved. Already have had it flushed & filled recently, so I know that's good. Probably haven't put 5,000 miles on it since. I know make sure to lock out overdrive, have towed stuff before, first time for Old Rusty & he doesn't have any added goodies ( tranny cooler, heavy duty suspension, etc. ). Know he's a FORD, & automatically means I'm a step ahead of the game, but don't want to put any unnecessary strain on him. His details are in my sig. Thanks !

Why not just replace the stock with a bigger one?

Amazon.com: B&M 70274 SuperCooler Black Aluminum Fluid Cooler: Automotive

Not quite a direct fit, but pretty close!

All I have is the bottom of the radiator where the lines go in. Don't know how big that is, doubt if it's much. I was looking for an add on to mount in front of the radiator for additional cooling.
