second is Good Year Wrangle Slient Armor. Goodyear Tires | SUV and Truck Tires | Wrangler SilentArmor
has some one used this and how did you like them?
Thanks Matt
I have BFG's like you have now... they've been great tires and have lasted me and my dad a LONG time. I think he's only had something like 2 or 3 sets on this truck in the 250K he's had it (he bought the truck at 60K). I like them... I just wish the white lettering was on the outside, but dad had them reversed when he put the tires on (I've only had the truck a year).
the BFG A/T did not do as good in the mud is i though they would. and they cost as much or more that the Michelin and have a shorter life rating. these tires have a good rating on life and mud just dont know witch one is the best deal.
I am on my second set of Slient Armors Pro grades and have been very happy with them. I don't do much off roading, but they have done better than any other tire in mud and snow than any other tire I have run. The last set (305-70-16) that I ran lasted over 60K miles and still had tread. I am at about 45K on this set and expect to run another 20K before taking them off. They are quiet and ride well. I am not a Goodyear fan, but these are very good tires on our trucks.
Kelly Springfield Fierce Attitudes. E rated , made by goodyear, and you can get them at Gordo tire center, or about 5 different places in T-Town I have had them about 10K miles now and love them.
