Where are the damn horns located on a 2000 SD?? I replaced the fuse and now all I hear is the relay clicking.
No Beep Beep and I wanna pass the little car ahead of me.
I actually would have bet the 2000 F350 horns were in the same location as mine. I helped a fellow a couple years back with a minor dent repait on the passenger fender and thought I had remembered seeing the horn in the same location.

My 2000 was built in November 99; who knows, they may have moved them in the later build of the 2000 model.
After thinking about it some more the 2000 truck I was helping with was a mix of trucks after a couple accidents he had over the years with it. You could very well be correct about the horn location on the 2000.
Soneone will chime in to confirm correct location.
