tank selector valve
I have a 1987 F150, 300ci, inline 6. I am trying to go from 2 tanks down to 1 tank because the diaphram in the dual tank selector valve is torn and the valve does not function correctly anymore.
In doing this I see where some vehicles had the single function reservoir. So far I'm not having any luck on my junkyard search for one of these. Then I see where some of the older Broncos are being updated with efi and they require a fuel accumulator between the low pressure and high pressure pump. Would one of these accumulators work in place of the single function reservoir? I was thinking it should be the same thing.
