It is pretty easy but I have a slightly lifted 250SRW. I image with your dually and being so low that it will be a bit of a pain. I never took a tire off mine, you will definitely be taking your front tires off. In this area, I bet you'd get a quote of about $125-$200 in labor.
Thanks for the replies. I usually do my own work,with alot of good advise from here but I have a friend in need and just wanted to pay him a fair price.
Took me less than a half hour to do all 4 on my Ex, and that included getting tools out and cleaning them up...at least in the 4WD you don't have to take the front tires off...so I would say anyone quoting you more than an hour worth of labor is trying to hose you.
Book time is .9hrs for the rear, .8 for the front, most shops are $90 an hour around here, so you would usually pay a shop about $150 to install them. But I would say whatever seems fair to you and your buddy.
