Battery light flashing
I have an 89 F250 2wd have been driving this truck daily with no problems at all. Noticed today while driving to work my battery light on the dash is flashing. Moreso when RPM is between 1800 to 2300. Before and after that it doesnt. Battery charge from the dash seems fine. What can it be? Just to add, the truck still runs fine

If it's an older alternator most likely the brushes are worn down with grooves where they run..... Must be 5 years ago I had same problem, got new brushes and cut them to fit the groves...... anytime now it would be replacement of the alternator time for me.. Could also be just stuck brushes in the holder.....
