I was in Autozone yesterday to buy a gallon of Delo and walked the whole oil department looking for anything new. A couple of observations, Havoline synthetic is still $3.29 a quart, ChevronTexaco, not Equilon on the back. Coastal (house brand) now has a 5W-20, as well as a synthetic that is more expensive than Havoline.
Here is the odd thing. I picked up a bottle of Aamco ATF and on the back it says "Manufactured and distributed by ExxonMobil ...". I am disappointed that the maker of Mobil One would openly associate themselves with that transmission repair franchise chain.
