No alignment is necessary, about the only thing that needs adjustment is re-centering your steering wheel.

alignment after lift?

Yeti, I you know a heck of a lot more than me but i was just wondering if he did the lift and his axle tilted more one way or the other by angle of the spring where it mounts to the axle wont it change the toe in of his alignment? Just curious because mine changed a little bit when i put the fabtech lift on my truck according to the dealer which used a laser aligner. I could be wrong though and if it was off i am sure only a very small amount.

Not with only a 4" lift, really doesn't affect anything. If you go 6 or more then maybe you would have a slight toe issue.
When I finished my 8" on my 01, I checked my axles for square and even put it on my scales to see if any of the corner wieghts changed. Other than the extra wieght of the parts everything stayed the same. I suppose if I didn't have my shop, I would of taken it somewhere to have it checked, but in my opinion, I just don't think 4" will throw the tow off enough to worry.
Now with a 1/2 ton or older ttb f250, definetly get a alignment!!

alignment after lift?

Hi-
Yep i agree with all ya's. Remember on leaf sprung solid axle suspension the toe is really for all practical purposes the only adjustment that can change once it's setup. Camber won't change unless something bends nor is it adjustable, and caster can only be changed with angle shims on the axle pads.
