1996 ford F-150 302 170,000 miles. Check engine light is on. Active code P0171 and P0174. Left bank and right bank lean. Runs good, only gets 8.5 miles per gallon. Truck has been to Ford dealer twice for same complaint. Mass air flow sensor has been replaced, o2 sensor at cat has been replaced, and all eight fuel injectors have been replaced. Check engine light is still on. Ford dealer won’t return phone calls. Can anyone tell me what could be wrong?

yes it has a k&n fipk kit has been on truck for ten year maybe give or take
They tend to lean out a MAP engine, but not so much for MAF. It has to be too much air or not enough fuel ............or an unmetered air source. Like a leaking air intake manifold. Like the gasket. Sometimes the mount bolts loosen up! warm curb idle around 650 rpm or elevated?
