Junior and I made a marathon trip to go ATV'n this past weekend. Left the Philly area at 12:30 on Saturday, arrived at the camp site in the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania, just south of Wellsboro by 4pm. Hung out with friends, did some grilling and had a few beverages. Got up Sunday morning, made the hour trip northwest up Route 6 to the Denton Hill State Park ATV trails, man it was dusty! Finished riding at 5:30pm, dusted ourselves off, loaded up the quads and drove 4-1/2 hours home to spend the remainder of the long weekend with the wife and daughter.
While we were only pulling two quads on the four-place trailer (~2500# total), the '03 ran great. Used the tow/haul all the way and averaged 12-1/2 miles per gallon @ 70 mph. Smooth, strong power, a smooth ride (for a truck), and she steered nice and true.
Couldn't be happier with the 6.0!

Had a great weekend. My son wants to do it every weekend. I told him in three years he'll be old enough to drive and he can put 500 miles under his belt every weekend!
On another note; perhaps the title did come from some long ago dark corner of my mind!
You know, I don't know if it was my big city upbringing(Dallas) or what, but I was thinking of something else when I saw the title.
I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately since most of the posts here are problems, it made it that much easier to misunderstand what he meant by "trip'n." Good to see a happy post though
